Report Guidance and Formats Updated
Updates to Pre & Post 16 Report Formats and Additional Guidance Documents

Please take note of the small changes that have been made to the following documents:
The change is regarding the length of Appendix 4 which now states that it should be 1-2 pages and no more than 2 pages in length.

Along with updates made in October 2021, these changes have been highlighted in yellow.
