Joint signing of diagnostic reports
If more than one assessor is involved in conducting assessments and producing the diagnostic report, each must be appropriately qualified and each must sign the final report.
calendar07/07/2017

If more than one assessor is involved in conducting assessments and producing the diagnostic report, each must be appropriately qualified and each must sign the final report. Assessors must not sign-off reports based on assessments conducted by another professional. Reports where the underpinning assessments were not conducted by the assessor signing the report are not acceptable.

This guidance was first published by SASC in 2012 and been available to download from the website since then. It is re-issued here for ease of reference.
